Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor or exhibitor at the 2010 Ottawa SuperEX – August 19 to 29. I have the privilege of being your contact and I am here to help in any way I can and to answer any questions relating to exhibiting. The Ottawa SuperEX is celebrating its 122nd year, hosting the largest exhibition in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec at Lansdowne Park, Ottawa, Ontario. Traditionally there are over 400,000 visits per year, making us one of the largest, best attended single site events in the area.

Fairs and exhibitions afford an excellent opportunity to introduce and market programs and products. The Ottawa SuperEX offers you the ability to reach the residents from Ottawa/Gatineau during a condensed period of time of 11 days. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further to discuss having you at our event and to develop a location and contract to make your experience successful.

This year’s media campaign is over $200,000 which includes television, radio, print ads, posters, on-site marketing and partnership programs.

Attached is a rate sheet and an application form for the 2010 SuperEx. Please return the signed and completed application form including a list of items that you intend to sell with prices, plus a photograph or hand drawing of your booth and setup. These items will become part of your contract file. This helps to prevent duplication or overlapping of products. We require a deposit along with your application to indicate your sincerity. The deposit will indicated on your contract and will be applied to the total amount.
